I wanted to provide a mid week update for South Riding. There are currently 6 homes for sale. 0 homes new to the market.  4 homes which went active under contract or pending; 2 traditional sale town homes & 2 traditional sale detached homes.  2 homes closed;  2 traditional sale town homes. There are 0 homes coming soon.  I will provide a more details in next week's Weekly Update.
