I wanted to provide a mid week update for South Riding. There are currently 6 homes for sale. 1 homes new to the market; 1 traditional sale condo.  2 homes which went active under contract or pending; 1 traditional sale condo & 1 traditional sale town homes.  0 homes closed. There are 0 homes coming soon.  I will provide a more details in next week's Weekly Update.
