The most important step in selling your house is preparing it and getting it "market ready." It should look like a show home when you are ready to put that "for sale" sign out front. Meatless Monday – Spring Risotto   A delicious way to incorporate tender green spring veggies in a hearty dish. Adapted from a Barefoot Contessa recipe (love her!).  It looks a bit fussy, but if you prep all the ingredients in advance, you just have to do the stirring – and I think it’s worth the effort!
