It’s easy to understand how your email signature blocks can work for you. By being accessible and including your contact information you begin to build a relationship. By including a link to a special offer you position yourself as a valuable partner. There is another tactic I use to connect with clients. It actually is my clients, or rather, their words. By including testimonials in your email signature block, you establish satisfaction and increased credibility. Doesn’t it make sense to have someone else talking (or in this case writing) about you and your business? Why not let testimonials for past and current clients sell your services for you?

This is a great idea. I have my business contact info and logo in my email signature, but never thought of adding something like a testimonial. Off to do that now!
