Target marketing is my prime way of marketing for specific categories of people and age groups. We’re in a market, in my town of 7,722 single family homes, where listings are scarce.
We’re listing agents, and when you think about the category of homeowners who are most apt to sell in this extreme sellers’ market would be baby boomers. Those who are of retiring age and thinking about moving to a warmer climate.
The time is ideal now that the temperatures are dropping into the 30’s and 40’s. There’s no snow on the ground, and we don’t usually get snow until the end of December or beginning of January.
This will be my next target mailing in Franklin with a postcard that reminds the homeowner of warmer climates. There are many in MA who enjoy their summers on Cape Cod, but the winter months in a warmer climate are looking better every winter.
Now is the ideal time to mail this postcard to plant the seed and begin with a Free Market Analysis. The database will be purchased online through Acculeads.
This is one possibility for a postcard, but there will probably be more before I make a final decision.
