Alexandra: I always shrug off the opinions by many pros that Open House Events don't work, are a waste of time, etc. A recent open house I held captured a client who: 1) refinanced her home with cash out, 2) Took the Cash out and purchased an investment condo through Sandy, and 3) Financed part of the balance owed on the investment condo through me. I would say, that was a successful Open House Event! And, other open house events have secured buyers specifically for the subject property. All it takes is effort for success!
