Home sales for Canyon Creek are in for November 2019. The fall market was active but the largest hurdle is finding well priced and stage inventory. Buyers are out there still on the hunt to close on a home by the end of the year. Days on market of Active properties in Canyon Creek have topped at 86 days. There are deals to be had!
Buyers need housing and are anxious to take advantage of the current low interest rates but are looking for well cared for and updated properties. Sellers inventory is down but don't let this go to your head. You need to justify your list price with solid comparable sold sales.

A note to sellers in Canyon Creek:
Today’s buyers are knowledgeable with facts in hand and want a home that is well maintained and priced to current market sales.
2019 has been another record year for home values in Canyon Creek, and we expect to remain active throughout the balance of 2019.Values are increasing but the number of homes sold are decreasing. In 2018 there were 79 homes closed. As of December 1, 59 homes closed and there are only 2 homes pending (hoping there will be more). If the number of homes sold total 61 (59 plus 2) the number we will be down 30% from 2018. I'm betting on more closed sales by December 31st.

As long as jobs keep coming this way they see extra innings in our bullish market in Austin. Housing prices may be going up but Austin is seeing one of the countries biggest jumps in personal income.
