All data is derived from the Cincinnati MLS system. If any Mason condos traded hands without a REALTOR® involved, then it won't be reflected in this report. All data is for the Mason School District area, so is not limited solely to Mason city limits.

So what do the stats indicate about Mason Ohio condo sales?

Key takeaways this month:

Inventory is FINALLY starting to grow a bit, but there's still not enough to meet the needs of all buyers. But, 18 available beats the baker's dozen or less most of this year.
The time to sell remains quick, with 3 days on median time to contract.
Prices were VERY good, with nice increases month to month for average and median.
The number of homes under contract decreased, but 19 is still a good number for the time of year.
The majority of the condos continue to sell in the $100-200,000 range. 9 sold for more than $200,000 this month.
There ARE some new construction opportunities not reflected in the 18 condos for sale, but they're going to cost you over $300,000 or more. Fox Hollow and Beacon Hill offer new construction opportunities if you've got the budget for them. Distressed condos (foreclosures and short sales) for sale continue to be nonexistent. None completed sale and none are in the Active condos for sale.

NO CHANGE THIS MONTH. The continued shortage of condos for sale works to the sellers' advantage, especially in the more affordable price ranges and the ranch condos have higher demand. Sub $100k condos that are not updated might take longer to sell.
