Corona del Mar Home Values 12/8/2019
This weeks report on home values for Corona del Mar and surrounding areas homes is prepared by a Corona del Mar Realtor Michael Van Ruth. The report shows the Orange County Median Prices for resale homes were up 0.7 percent, new homes are up 0.5 percent and resale condos are down 1.9 percent. The sales volume is up for resale homes 12.1 percent, up 2.5 percent on condos and down 12.0 percent for new homes.
Corona del Mar Zip Code 92625 sales prices are up 35.6 percent and the sales volume is up 46.7 percent
Mission Viejo Zip Code 92691 sales prices are up 8.3 percent and the sales volume is up 31.3 percent.
Mission Viejo Zip Code 92692 sales prices are down 3.9 percent and the sales volume is down 12.1 percent.
Aliso Viejo Zip Code 92656 sales prices are up 6.7 and the sales volume is up 42.9 percent
Laguna Niguel Zip Code 92677 sales prices up 5.5 percent and the sales volume is up 8.7 percent.
Rancho Santa Margarita Zip Code 92688 sales prices are down 6.1 percent and the sales volume up 47.2 percent.
San Clemente Zip Code 92672 sales prices are up 32.4 percent and the sales volume is up 37.5 percent.
San Clemente Zip Code 92673 sales prices are down 0.2 percent and the sales volume is down 4.4 percent.
It is highly unusual that at this time of year we are getting an up tick in sales and values growing. I'm excited over the possibility of a great 2020. I know it is early but let see what happens in the next few months.
