Housing Market Forecast

On November 27, 2019, FreddieMac reported that the housing market will continue to grow, and home sales will rise to between 6.0 to 6.1 million in 2019, then expected increase to 6.2 million in 2020 and 2021.

The annual rates for home price growth will continue to 3.2% in 2019, forecast to 2.9% in 2020, and gain 2.1% in 2021. While, home sales will reach to $1,255 billion in 2019, and increase to $1,299 billion in 2020.

We'll continue to grapple with low inventory that will lead to increased sale prices. Hopefully things will start to level off in 2020.
