One of Our Favorites - The Santa Claus/Clause

 

When we first met our buyer, Nick, his eyes, so merry, first caught our attention. Oh, how they twinkled.

 

His cheeks were like roses, his nose like a cherry, and when he laughed, his round belly jiggled like a bowl full of jelly. 

 

He seemed familiar somehow, too good to be true, but assured us our personal acquaintance to him was quite new. 

 

I'm looking for "Nature As Neighbors" he said emphatically, and his needs were quite grand. A large family manor surrounded by land. 

 

"Private, you know, with plenty of room for animals to roam."

 

He continued, 

 

"Barns and a few pastures and large out-buildings too - for our toy-making hobby - we make quite a few."

 

"Plus, a warm bunk house with plenty of short beds.  And a special shop for storing and repairing large equipment, such as sleds."

 

No doubt you're thinking we're making this up.

 

We too thought he might be stringing us along, but as the weeks went by, his intent remained strong. 

 

After searching Clark County far and wide, with plenty of treks through the country side, we found just the place. It lit up his face!

Each building has tall ceilings with views to the sky. Vistas designed to see if reindeer really know how to fly.

He quickly exclaimed,

 

"This is perfect!" and let out a contented sigh. 

 

"I knew you could do it as I've been taking notes on your style. You're on the nice list, you two, and you have been awhile." 

 

Our company's privacy "Clause" prevents us from telling you more. Suffice to say, this is one jolly man (and transaction) we adore.
