LOL I wrote the main post last week on my website and am taking bits of it for my blog here this weekend because I'm slammed!

I'm sorry about the nightmare escrow - I'm also waiting on one that was supposed to Close on Thursday to nail down the CTC. UGH! Good luck with yours...and your all-cash deal too!

Today I had a buyer in my car (an AR member!) who found their dream home. So, we have submitted an Offer and are pending, what we are sure will be, an announcement that we are in the midst of a bidding war. Fun times RIGHT before Christmas! SO exciting!
