Teri, really pretty home. Is your market picking up - AND - are you getting the terrible weather I see on the news?
Gary--Coon Rapids has grown from its rural roots into one of the biggest cities north metro...the entire state for that matter.
Lynda--Single level living is very important in MN. A few years ago, it was hard to find a one level townhome. This one is central located, well maintained, attractively priced and has a basement for storms. What more could one ask for?
Karen--I agree...HOA at $!25 is reasonable as is the pricing for the home...Thanks!!
William--It is a pretty cute listing. I have been using the Notes and Anecdotes for quite awhile....I am surprised you hadn't noticed before...you are usually so quick to catch such things. :)
Maggie--Thanks!! The lower level recessed lighting is very nice...adds a little flair to the family room.
Lindsey--Funny how there are so many good townhomes and single family homes to choose from...If you have a one level townhome buyer, this one is perfect!
Missy--It would have sold in a minute a few years back as one level living townhomes were very hard to find in the north metro. This one is a gem!!

Teri--The market is doing better. Inventory is lower. Sales are up. Prices are down...but homes are selling. Baby steps to recovery.
As for weather...we were just north of the severe tornados that hit in Anoka County and Washington County. We did not see any damage in northeastern Ham Lake but some in the south part of the city. Several friends, relatives and coworkers have been affected. No rivers flooding in our area either but several in southern MN near the IA and WI borders. That is a terrible mess...roads closed and entire towns underwater. Very sad.
They predict a dry, sunny weekend and the forecast is for sun for the next few days too!
Teri, good to hear. So sad to see entire cities under water. Glad you're okay. ;-)
I remember when I lived in Los Angeles, and we had the earthquakes, it appeared on the news that the entire city was upside down. Though we were indeed in it, we were okay. Very scarey stuff - weather!
