Just as Arnold Schwarzenegger said in the movie, The Terminator, "I'll Be Back"! Well I am "BACK" and in full swing, working with buyers and sellers.

For the past few years, I put my Real Estate Career on hold to work on some personal goals.  That has been completed and now I can devote the time it takes to be a "Full Time" Realtor.

During my hiatus, a number of clients contacted me with their Real Estate needs and if you were one of them I want to apologize for not being able to personally help you out.  I just hope the Agent I referred you to did a quality job.

Most of you remember me working for Jerry Cook at Cook & Associates, but Mr. Cook has retired and closed his business.

I now work for Johnny & Mary Virginia Harris at Harris & Associates.  Harris & Associates was established in 1975 and is one of the premier Real Estate Companies in the Tri-City Area.  As the Company has expanded to thirty plus Agents, and to better serve their Clients, we now have two office locations; in Chester at 16401 Harrowgate Road, and in Dinwiddie at 23214 Airport Street beside Rohoic Elementary School.

Since my recent return to the business I have had some great success:

• On February 2 I listed a property on Exton Lane in Chester Virginia, twenty four days later I had the property under contract and closed on March 27.
• On February 25^th I listed two Commercial lots zoned M-1 on Airport Road with me.  Lots 1&2 are being sold as one lot, totaling 2.128 acres and listed for $90,000.  Lot 8 is .806 acres and listed for $75,000.  These are the last two lots for sale on Airport Road.
• The first of April I was contacted by a past client letting me know they were now ready to purchase a home.  I set up a number of homes to tour on April 3^rd and as luck has it we found their perfect home that day, made an offer and closed on the property on April 22^nd.
