My youngest pup Chico had surgery on Saturday. He did well for the procedure and is doing pretty well now too. Some medications were left at the hospital and his pain meds I screwed up so it was discarded. Today the replacements should be here by FedX.
I am not good at administering the meds even though they are given through a syringe. Chico can turn his head just in time for the liquid to wind up all over his head cone. Because part of his jaw was removed it is difficult to hold his mouth without fear of injuring him. So I do the best I can, and if I miss I just do it again.
The next milestone is on January the 4th when he will be checked out by his surgeon and hopefully the biopsy will be back and uneventful. So that's my story for today.
I wish you all a very Merry Christmas or Happy Chanukah. Cheers.
