November Real Estate Transactions end Month Strong
The November real estate transactions report for the week of the 30th for Southern Lee County showed there were 216 properties sold for the week in the Southern Ft. Myers, Estero and Bonita Springs area.
Southern Fort Myers remained in the top position with 96 real estate transactions. Of the 96 properties sold, 5 percent were commercial units, 24 percent were vacant lots, 26 percent were condos and 43 percent were single family homes. The other properties sold were multi-family units.
Bonita Springs was in the second position 68 homes sold. Of the 68 real estate sales, 9 percent were commercial units, 15 percent were vacant lots, 41 percent were condos and 26 percent were single family homes. The other properties sold were multi-family units and mobile homes.
Finally, Estero finished the week in the third position with 52 property sales. Home sales consisted of: 27 percent vacant lots, 19 percent condos and 46 percent were single family homes. The remaining properties sold in Estero were mobile homes.
In review, based on the November real estate transactions report for the end of the month, property sales were broken down by the following types in Southwest Florida: 63 condos, 83 single family homes, 47 vacant lots, 12 commercial units, 6 mobile homes and 5 multi-family units.

- 34135 – 56 properties sold (2 multi-family units, 3 mobile homes, 6 commercial units, 10 vacant lots, 17 single family homes and 18 condos)
Southern Fort Myers
- 33912 – 16 properties sold (3 commercial units, 8 single family homes and 5 condos)
- 33913 – 61 properties sold (1 multi-family unit, 2 commercial units, 18 vacant lots, 20 single family homes and 20 condos)
- 33967 – 19 properties sold (1 multi-family unit, 5 vacant lots and 13 single family homes)
Estero
- 33928 – 42 properties sold (1 commercial unit, 3 mobile homes, 14 vacant lots, 19 single family homes and 5 condos)
