On December 11, 2019, Realtor.com reported that in Sun Valley, California median list price was $639,000 in November of 2019 gained from $619,900 in October of 2019, and jumped 12.0% from $559,000 in November of 2018. While, median sales price for a home and a condo was $604,000 in November of 2019, declined 2.0% from November of 2018 in Sun Valley, California.

Houses stayed 48.00 days in the market in November of 2019 down from 63.00 days in October of 2019, and higher from 66.00 days in November of 2018 in Sun Valley, California.

The median listing price per square foot of a home and a condo was $422.00 in November of 2019 decreased from $433.00 in October of 2019, but rose 2.0% from $414.00 in November of 2018 in Sun Valley, California according to Realtor.
