Niches in your 20/20 Marketing Vision
Sally K. & David L. Hanson really know what they are doing and I would never hesitate to refer someone to them! I hope that the year is finishing strong for everyone and if not, I hope that the year begins with a bang for you!
While Santa's Workshop has slowed down production at this time of year, ours in real estate is sharpening tools...adding information, incorporating vendors, broadening reaches and at the same time doing some updating at home which we incorporate with adding to our list of trusted contractors. The Master Bedroom is the January focus which starts with one of our electrician magicians adding lighting, refacing the fireplace, paint, flooring and furniture.
We review our niches and our primary referral sources in them at this time of year extending into first quarter as our calendar....and theirs allows. What can we do to better be of service to them ? We believe in an education based practice as do our referral sources. We learn what kinds of information and in what format(s) would be of the greatest benefit to them.
Our one on one meetings have proven invaluable in furthering our relationships, seeking out new ones and informing our sources of new services available. They appreciate the time as we do their time in strengthening and heightening the level of service we provide them.
It's important to know in what formats and what kind of information is most helpful to our partners in business. It's the Medium AND the Message.
