Quite a few developments in Kalispell MT include single family homes. Meadows at Four Mile, however, is a condominium community. It is located on the western side of Route 93, on Meadow Vista Loop off of Four Mile Road. The community has amazing mountain views, and is close to most everything Kalispell offers. The homes are only minutes from all the major shopping centers, Flathead Valley Community College, Kalispell's medical center and the Glacier International Airport.
In terms of amenities, Meadows at Four Mile includes a clubhouse, 4,000 square foot putting green and patio with BBQ and fire pit. There is also an exercise facility, pool table and event area. Monthly HOA fees are approximately $250 per month, as of late 2019.

The community does include specific covenants, conditions and restrictions (CCRs) that are used to manage the property. For example, the CCRs include rules regarding pets. Two pets maximum are permitted if they are 20 pounds or less. One pet is allowed if between 21 and 90 pounds. The CCRs also cover other topics such as use of units, leases, maintenance, repair, decorations, signs and more.
