This video was brought to our attention by our friend at Apple on New Year's Day.  Before they open the store each morning, they have a meeting of all their employees of the day to discuss how to serve their customers better. They viewed this video, and our friend was so inspired, he shared it with us. It was produced by Norstrom, "An Open Mind is the Best Look!"
