Here are my favorite Palos Verdes homes in 2019 taken from my weekly articles reviewing new homes for sale that were on the Broker’s Tour. I have also included an update on those homes to let you know if they have sold and at what price.
Neil & Anand Chhabria’s (Chhabria Real Estate Company) 1701 Paseo La Cresta, Palos Verdes Estates, 90274 (above left) is a 5 bedroom, 8 bath, 9,484 square foot home for $15,999,000. This privately gated Monte Malaga Tuscan Villa estate offers ocean/coastline views, library, media room, gym, wine cellar, elevator, sports court, and pool/spa. This Palos Verdes home came on the market on October 28, 2019, and is still an active listing for sale. Kim Hall’s (RE/MAX Estate Properties) 2812 Paseo Del Mar, Palos Verdes Estates, 90274 (above right) is a 6 bedroom, 9 baths, 7,188 square foot home for $5,484,000. This beautiful Lunada Bay Mediterranean villa features ocean views, spectacular kitchen, 6 en suite bedrooms, home theater, gym, and sparkling pool. This Palos Verdes home came on the market on March 31, 2019, and sold for $5,210,000 on April 30, 2019, with escrow closing on June 18, 2019.
Virginia Butler & Les Fishman’s (Coldwell Banker-PV Beach Cities) 517 Via Almar, Palos Verdes Estates, 90274 (above left) is a 3 bedroom, 4 bath, 3,030 square foot home for $2,475,000. This Malaga Cove Mid Century modern home features fabulous unobstructed views of the Queen’s necklace ocean/city/mountains, upgraded kitchen w/breakfast nook, floor to ceiling windows, and viewing balcony. This Palos Verdes home came on the market January 5, 2019, and sold for $2,542,000 on January 10, 2019, with escrow closing on January 17, 2019. Elaine Carlson (RE/MAX Estate Properties) and William Herman’s (Pierside Realty, Inc) 4112 Palos Verdes Drive South, Rancho Palos Verdes 90275 is a 3 bedroom, 3 bath, 2,122 square foot home for $1,600,000. This gated one level Portuguese Bend Club home features panoramic ocean/Catalina views, nearly 20′ x 30′ living room, open concept kitchen w/eating area, pool, and membership available to Portuguese Bend Beach Club with its private beach/paddle tennis courts/ playground. This Palos Verdes home came on the market on April 12, 2019, was reduced to $1,450,000 on May 1, 2019, sold for $1,475,000 on May 8,2019, with escrow closing on June 7, 2019.
