The Woods at Smithtown is actually situated in Nesconset Long Island, and can be reached by The Long Island Expressway Exit 59N, N Ocean Avenue. This then becomes Rosevale Avenue. The Woods entrance will be on your left at Patricia Lane.
 
 
 
 
These are attached town-homes with a garage, central air conditioning and electric heat, that is managed by a Homeowners Association. There is a monthly common charge fee at this Suffolk County location, that maintains the common grounds of the community. Surrounded by Jeremy Circle.
 
The Woods At Smithtown was opened in 1990 with 2 and 3 bedrooms and 1, 1.5, 2, or 2.5 baths. Some units have basements and some have a fireplace. There are backyard patios too. The Woods At Smithtown offers a cozy clubhouse, pool and tennis. This neighborhood is served by the Smithtown School District #1. Pets are welcome here.

Brian, The Woods is a nice All-Age community in Nesconset Long Island!

Michael, Although it's situated in the Smithtown School District, yes The Woods actually is in Nesconset NY!

Nina, We have been getting calls on The Woods in Nesconset, but there is no inventory!

Barbara, There is a small beach right down the road from The Woods at Smithtown. It's by Lake Ronkomkoma.
