Beer Cheese Dip
1 1/2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup beer
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 tsp salt
Mix all together and chill. I serve it with french bread cut up or vegetables Serve 10 to 12
You can also slice the top off of a round loaf of bread. Use a knife to cut along the sides and carefully hollow out the center to create a bowl, reserving the bread to cut into cubes for dipping. Fill the bowl with the dip and serve. ENJOY!
Hi Will... interesting additon of the beer. As I'm not watching any playoff games, I suspect this recipe is not in my future this week! :)
