Beer Cheese Dip
1 1/2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup beer
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 tsp salt
Mix all together and chill. I serve it with french bread cut up or vegetables Serve 10 to 12
You can also slice the top off of a round loaf of bread. Use a knife to cut along the sides and carefully hollow out the center to create a bowl, reserving the bread to cut into cubes for dipping. Fill the bowl with the dip and serve. ENJOY!
