Thank you and I've talked to many people excited to be saving a bit on REET. Our builder will save quiet a bit on taxes since his homes are priced below $350k which pleases him.

There has been rumors of Ohio adding a tax like this.  Our RPAC group has been lobbying against it for us.

Visited relatives back in the 70's in Tacoma and went tubing on Mount Rainer. Noticed in Washington it seemed to mist/rain most every day all winter.  If my cousins wanted snow they drove up to the mountain.  Also noticed amongst the country area woods and along the roads that fern plants were growing wild everywhere!  Here we pay about $12 for each perennial fern plant.

Note: I just had to visit page 133 of Active Rain blogs to see who had the last post where I found this blog.  Best wishes for a great 2020 year in real estate, Toby, from way across the United States in Defiance, Ohio.

Thanks for tuning in. We're used to the Excise Tax out here yet it doesn't stop sellers voicing their opinions every time they sell. One of my clients asked if Excise Tax was negotiable ... lol. We all wish it was.
