Do you like looking at homes?  I do too and from time to time I like to preview homes in different areas.  If you want to preview some homes with me sometime, please reach out and we will go see some homes.  It's a great way to know what is going on in your area and of course everyone wants to see how others are keeping their homes updated, right?  We can look in your neighborhood or a neighborhood that you are curious about and have coffee or lunch before or after.

Hello Brian - I believe previewing homes for sale is quite beneficial for brokers/agents in understanding neighborhoods and market conditions in their area.  For prospective buyers(and even sellers at times) it can be a good introduction when planning a move.  When the decision is to buy real estate in East Valley, contacting you should be part of one's "to do" list.
