It’s that time of the month, again! Although, every day of the month we think about listings. We’re listing agents, and listings are found with offline marketing. Buyers are found online, but let’s stay on track here!
Direct mail marketing is the major funnel that directs fresh inventory to the team. That’s provided every month and in more than one format. Free market analysis postcards and status change postcards are mailed whenever it’s necessary and justified.
The other major source of print marketing is my full page newspaper ad located on the inside back page and the double sized front page ad. Both are my locations, until I say they’re not, and there’s a waiting list for the front page!
I can’t say that we’ve never had a listing call from an online source, but you could count those on one hand. I post all of my print marketing online including my Personal Facebook page and Business page. The more eyes that land on those marketing pieces, the greater the benefit to us.
The newspaper is called Local Town Pages, and it’s mailed to every residence and business in the town of Franklin. I’d estimate over 12,000 newspapers/month are mailed. That’s a lot of eyes reading that newspaper filled with local news and a healthy real estate section!
2019 was a banner year for the team, and we’re aiming for another one!
