I have ADD when it comes to marketing! Love Publisher and everything marketing-related. Sounds like you do too.
I use publisher for my property brochures/flyers as well as my CMA and Marketing Proposals. I'm still learning but I love it!

Gita, That's another awesome marketing idea. Thanks for sharing. Now I have another use for Publisher.
Gita, nice post! Here is another cute marketing idea, paste into the labels a photo of the home you have just sold to your buyer, add their soon to be new address, and give that to the buyer a few days before closing. They love it, and can use it to send notes to friends and family to show off their new home.
Mary -- LOVE that idea!! I have 2 closings within the next 2 weeks, and I'm definitely going to do that. Publisher is the greatest!!
Frances, I got it installed when I ordered my Dell laptop. You can buy it at Staples. I do not know if you can download from internet .

Are there any experienced agents who might like to share some templates they use for their flyers? Would appreciate any help I can get at this point.

Great idea. I never thought of that but love when I get them in the mail myself! As for flyers, having just switched from RE/MAX the thing I will maybe miss the most is remax.net and having access to Design Center. The flyers are so easy to do and always look so professional. I can make a publisher document look like it but it's so easy to just edit the templates online for Design Center. Check it out if you haven't lately. They have some great new templates!
