I'm new to AR and still trying to figure out what to do. So bear with me. Lake Greenwood, SC is being referred to by many as "The South's Best Kept Secret" for alot of reasons. If you have clients searching for the right retirement locale....they owe it to themselves to consider Lake Greenwood.
We are 3 hours from the coast (no hurricane activity and insurance issues) 1.5 hours from the mountains (no severe winter weather) and yet both can be reached within a short drive! We have a mild year round climate, excellent healthcare and a friendly & inviting small town atmosphere (yet big enough to have the essentials only minutes away).
If you have someone doing their research and exploring different possibilities I'd love to help them by providing them more information on our area.
Am I doing this right??
