Cincinnati patio homesWe put a LOT of Cincinnati patio home information on our home search site and in our patio home blog posts, but as we've said before, NOT everything about ALL patio home communities. 

Sometimes there's more than enough information that a potential buyer has zeroed in on the community they want before they ever contact us.

So when we get that first contact and they express interest in a particular Cincinnati area patio home community, we'll inquire what attracted them to that particular community.

Obviously it's far easier to just agree with their choice and focus on finding them a good match in that community.

But "easier" might not result in the buyer finding THE best patio home community for their needs.

There are many reasons a buyer might not find the best community while investigating on our website, even if the information is on our site.

Many patio home buyers are coming from outside the area and may not have the geographic familiarity with some of the area cities.  What counties cover the area they want to live?  Perhaps several, so a focus on one may miss an opportunity.

New construction might be coming, but not quite ready too.  So new communities coming next year to West Chester (for instance) are mentioned on our blog, but not on our website.  It might be easy enough to miss the news.  Contacting us is one way to make sure you haven't missed a future fit.

And the nature of patio homes is the number for sale are always VERY limited.  While we might have a custom search page for that community set up, when a buyer looks there may be nothing for sale at the time, so no examples of the homes for a buyer to go "Yes, THIS is the place!".

Hello Bill(and Liz too) - when prospective buyers answer home buying questions and their real estate professional is listening carefully, the truth in finding the right property in the right area can become a reality.   Those buyers looking for a Cincinnati area patio home community need to contact you when they want to make that happen.
