Wow, lot's of listings to network and sell. One suggestion is to change your title's on each listing. This will make them more attractive and when your sellers see them on here, they will feel unique in that you are promoting them creatively and not generically. A good Title on the listing is what will get you hits. I would make each one is unique and also add the state, not just the city.
