Yes, it is a great time to buy real estate. To tell you the truth, I equate this market like shopping wholesale. What if you could but your gasoline from the refinery and bypass the gas station? What if you could buy your food straight from the farmer and bypass the grocery store? The greatest part of this all is that you would be saving at least 50%.
This is now the beautiful situation I am seeing in my local real-estate market. Properties that once sold for $300,000 (albeit inflate prices), are now selling for $180,000. Great townhouses, just a stones throw from Jupiter Beach and the famous Jupiter Dog Beach. Wow, if you have been waiting for an investment opportunity or a second home, take your pick of properties.
