I was reading an article on Boston.com and they discussed the high gas prices. The article said that the projected gas prices for 2009 will be $3.92 per gallon. There is no quick relief in site, so I have dedicated myself to changing how I work in order to cater to my buyers and sellers who will be driving less.
Real estate agents need to shift their focus towards helping buyers and sellers enjoy "curb appeal" from the comfort of their home with their cars in their driveways.
