2019 Palos Verdes homes sales for Lunada Bay/Margate neighborhood decreased to 74 single family homes sold compared to 79 in 2018. Price per square foot for Lunada Bay/Margate houses that sold in 2019 increased to $730 compared from $710 in 2018, a 2.7% increase. Average sales price for Lunada Bay/Margate homes sold in 2019 was $2,229,637 compared to $2,063,384 in 2018. The most expensive home sold for $6,300,000 and the lowest priced home sold for $1,045,960.

There are 18 single family homes ranging in price from $1,650,000 for a 4 bedroom/3 bath, 2,906 square foot home, to $27,500,000 for a 7 bedroom/15 bath, 13,032 square foot home. There is 1 condo/townhome for sale at $819,000 for a 2 bedroom/2 bath, 1,881 square foot condo.
