Today was the day for our monthly corporate sponsored Agent Support Session for Sellstate agents in Cape Coral, Ft. Myers, Estero, Lehigh, Naples and all of the surrounding areas. It was held at the Cape Coral Power Squandron and is was fantastic! Although the turn out was light we all came away with a new outlook on many different topics!
These sessions are designed to help you, the agent, in your daily business. Today's topics included short sales, home inspections, price reductions, overcoming objections, foreclosures, buyers, sellers and our new logo! What I like best about these sessions, is the input that we get from the agents themselves and I am amazed at what these agents are willing to share!
If you have not been to a session of this kind before, consider this - we have anywhere from 6 to 30 of the best agents in a room sharing their experiences, trials, tribulations, successes and failures! Marketing ideas are exchanged and constructive criticism is shared! It is AWESOME!!
As I said, these sessions are for our Sellstate Agents, but we are always open to any agent from any company coming and participating! Our next session for Cape Coral, Ft. Myers, Estero, Lehigh, Naples and the surrounding areas is scheduled for July 30 at 10AM at the Cape Coral Power Squadron!
Our Jacksonville, Florida Agent Support Session is scheduled for Tuesday June17 at 10AM at the Sellstate Performance office on Atlantic Ave! Everyone is welcome to attend!
