Building On The Dream: From Africa To Bucks County
The exhibit pays tribute to the lives, culture, accomplishments and contributions of African Americans in Bucks County, featuring a timeline of events in African American history in Pennsylvania and the history of the Underground Railroad in Bucks County. The exhibit also includes a three-part speaker series to continue with “Untold Stories of African American Civil War Soldiers buried at Slate Hill Cemetery” on March 15, and “Contributions of African Americans from Bucks County during the Civil War Era” on April 5.

Calendar Girls, An Adult Comedy by Tim Firth
A group of women volunteers at a small Yorkshire village hospital raise money to purchase new seating for the waiting room. Their grand scheme involves creating a calendar that becomes the hottest news story in England. Join DCP Theatre as they kick off their 2020 season with this hilarious, based on a true story adult comedy you won’t want to miss!

Harry Leith-Ross: Scenes from Country Life
Leith-Ross, recognized for depicting humble scenes of rural life and beauty in the everyday activities of people, became renowned for his vibrant, carefully composed oil paintings and transparent watercolor technique. In the tradition of the eighteenth-century, his collection provides a distinctive view into the artistic process and private thoughts of one of the most important American artists of the first half of the 20th century.

Cheers to Murder
Interactive Murder-Mystery Dinner Theater? Yes, please! Join Sam, Diane, Carla, and Cliff as they mourn their longtime friend, Norm, at his wake. Find Jack Frost Scavenger Hunt
Families and friends are invited to search for Jack Frost all around Peddler’s Village. Stop by the Hospitality Center in the entrance to the Cock ‘n Bull to pick up your guide. Collect a sticker for each Jack Frost you spot. Collect 15 or more different store stickers and bring them to the Hospitality Desk in the Cock ‘n Bull lobby to claim your prize! (The more stickers you receive, the better your prize!) For every 15 stickers collected, patrons receive a drawing entry to win a free dinner for four at Cock ‘n Bull.

Bucks Brewfest 101
As many as 70 different drafts of all styles will be offered, along with great music and awesome food, from the experienced team that brings you the famed Washington Crossing Brewfest (WCBF) every year! From this volunteer run event, 100% of the proceeds benefit educational scholarships for Bucks County Community College.

Pigskin Peanuts Exhibit
In its final weekend on display, Pigskin Peanuts showcases fifty of Charles M. Schulz's Peanuts comic strips that feature Charlie Brown, Woodstock, Snoopy and the gang, and football. Dress up as football players and take pictures at the interactive photo station featuring Peanuts characters. The companion exhibit, Bucks County Plays Football! highlights some of Bucks County’s own football history and traditions, including historic photographs, video footage, and other artifacts and memorabilia.

King Lear

Impressionism to Modernism: The Lenfest Collection of American Art
In 1999, the Michener Art Museum received the most important collections gift in its history: 59 Pennsylvania Impressionist paintings from Marguerite and Gerry Lenfest. This collection is the finest collection of the art of Bucks County, which consists of works by: Garber, Coppedge, Folinsbee, Lathrop, Redfield, Sotter, Spencer, Baum & Schofield.

Ponstingl: Dreams of Past Futures
Ponstingl’s work represented in this exhibition spans the 1960s until the late 1970s. Inspired by dreams, his work in the 1960s recalls the work of Salvador Dalí and other Surrealist painters, and in the 1970s, he experimented with abstract patterning. A recurring theme in his paintings are visions of abandoned, future civilizations. His work can be seen at the Michener for a limited time only!

President Abraham Lincoln’s 211th Birthday Celebration
The Craven Hall Historical Society is pleased to announce that President Abraham Lincoln will be visiting to celebrate his 211th birthday! Special colonial cookies baked over open hearth will be served, and younger friends are invited to make a special cookie celebrating Lincoln. Historic Craven Hall and the John Fitch Steamboat Museum will also be open for tours.
