It always amazes me

Recently I settled on a home in the Brandywine area of Delaware. My clients were a young intelligent couple with one child and along the way we became friends which happens quite often for me. It's been about a week since settlement and I gave them a call today just to see if everything was ok and if there was anything post settlement I could do for them. Now here is what amazes me!! They were so surprised that I called them to see how they were. Most people think that because we have already been paid and the deal was over that they would not hear from me again. Well that's not the way I like to do business. Yes I would like a referral or 2 but I sincerely called them to make sure they were ok. I have always done this and will continue to do this but many times people are just so shocked that I did not get paid and run!!!
