How do you choose your team members?
Delegating is the key to the success, we all know that by now. You just cannot do it by yourself, and when you hire a help you have to be smart when hiring and than get out their way. If you are going to spend all the time checking on your help that will not be much help. So we have to be VERY SMART when hiring and make sure that we get a team players that work good together.
