A brand new beachfront community Emaar Beachfront is located on the north stretch of the Dubai Harbour project. Developed by Emaar Properties this stunning new development is located in the stretch of water between The Palm Jumeirah and the Westin Hotel in Dubai Marina.
Once completed the entire development will feature 27 luxury residential towers and become the most sought after community in Dubai.
The project was first launched by in January 2018 with the release of Beach Vista. This release proved to be even more successful than expected with the entire project selling out in less than two weeks.

Whilst each project does come with its own unique payment plan most apartments can be purchased with a post-handover payment plan. Beachfront Construction Update
Officially announced back in 2017 the very first project to be released at Emaar Beachfront was named Beach Vista. Since that time Emaar has released an additional 4 projects. These include; Marina Vista, Sunrise Bay, Elie Saab and the very latest project to be released; Beach Isle.
Expected delivery for the first projects is expected to be in December 2021. Having said that considering that the total number of towers to be built on the island is 27 it will be some time before the entire project is complete and all towers are built. Considering however that the entire project is being built by the same developer the ongoing construction is not expected to have a negative impact on residents in the first completed towers.
