Matteson home sales for the month of February rose in volume by 38.5% when compared to last year, while the median sale price decreased by 1.3% from $200,000 to $197,450. The number of Single Family homes sales rose by 33.3%, while the median sale price decreased by 3.1% from $214,000 to $207,400. Condo/townhome sales rose by 100%, while the median sale price rose by 73.5% from $53,500 to $92,800.
