New Lenox home sales for the month of February rose in volume by 8.3% when compared to last year, while the median sale price rose by 3.9% from $268,250 to $278,750. The number of Single Family homes sales rose by 5.3%, while the median sale price rose by 10.1% from $275,000 to $302,750. Condo/townhome sales rose by 20%, while the median sale price rose by 47.5% from $153,000 to $225,750.
