Champaign home sales for the month of February decreased in volume by 31% when compared to last year, while the median sale price rose by 8.3% from $138,250 to $149,750. The number of Single Family homes sales decreased by 27.9%, while the median sale price rose by 22% from $150,000 to $183,000. Condo/townhome sales decreased by 40%, while the median sale price decreased by 3.8% from $123,700 to $119,000.
