Plano home sales for the month of February stayed the same in volume when compared to last year, while the median sale price rose by 12.4% from $159,500 to $179,250. The number of Single Family homes sales rose by 18.2%, while the median sale price decreased by 16.5% from $221,560 to $184,900. Condo/townhome sales decreased by 28.6%, while the median sale price rose by 18.3% from $125,000 to $147,900.
