What's the Nehemiah program, you might ask?

The Nehemiah program is the nation's largest privately funded down-payment assistance program, helping thousands of people achieve their dream of home ownership. This program provides gift funds to qualified home buyers who purchase participating homes using an eligible loan program, such as a Federal Housing Administration (FHA) loan. I think this program is no longer available. The program was cut away with the bailout program and I think with that they are no longer allowed to accept new clients on after December 23rd. You may want to check in to that. I loved the program and was sad to see it ahve to go.
