1- No celebrity, athlete, politician or anyone of high net worth should be looked up to..

2- They are 90% nice people (not intimidating)

3- The most precious thing to them is their time

4- Be a great Realtor (hopefully you are now), be prepared and be super efficient..

As Will Smith the actor was quoted "Never put anyone on a pedestal, only God sits that high"

You are partners with the buyer and seller you work with... be professional and make sure what they expect is something you can deliver. You do work for the buyer and seller, not the other way around. Encouragement and not being aloof or cocky or non-communicative does not help your buyer or seller Hugh Thomas Lorch.

No one said anything about cocky or aloof. I also said you be great and super efficient but 100% disagree if you think they should be in control and run the show . That is what iam trying to say . Give them control on a presentation or anything else you are likely to not come out with a good result. Yes you are the professional is exactly what I said. No one said anything about what you said you interpreted it that way. I clearly said don't put them on a pedestal because of who they are was the point
