Between taking and making calls, responding to texts, making appointments for buyers for my listings, talking to prospective new listings, doing my weekly ads, I got two messages asking if I had received their emails. Nope, but I will check.
Wonderfully busy takes on a whole new meaning when you realize your email is DOWN. Thank goodness for Kyle and David Fox, who returned my call in minutes even though it was after hours. They were able to set up a workaround, so I was able to receive, negotiate, and ratify a contract.
My phone was working fine, my texts were coming through, and I was quite occupied with a funeral in the morning, a showing and even time to slip in a fast car wash.
I was feeling quite productive taking and making time to talk with a few colleagues, also swamped with the frenzy of this market. But we took the time to say how very lucky we have the opportunity to help so many in this wonderfully busy world of Real Estate.
Yes, we are wonderfully busy, and when opportunity knocks,
the sound is not too loud.
