Don't give in to the CRAZIES.

I am not a trained medical expert and I did not stay last night at a Holiday Inn.  I am having a hard time coming to grips with all the information being broadcast on the airwaves at this time.

My opinion on the virus is not relevant.  I do not know of anyone who has experienced this sickness.  I am very sorrowful if you have lost someone to this disease.

I am an experienced real estate professional with my opinions on this subject carrying more weight that in the medical arena.  This is not the end of the world.  This is just another speedbump that we will get over if we do not give into irrational behaviors.

I have been sick a few times and I want to share my experiences on this subject.

1.  If you are experiencing any symptoms of any disease.

STAY HOME .

Do not interact with other folks who may or may not be sick.

2. Visit your doctor if you feel bad enough.

3.  Wash your hands frequently, especially if you have had contact with another onother living person.

4.  Stay healthy by drinking plenty of fluids, getting plenty of rest and eating a healthy diet.  Don't burn the candal at both ends.

Check out the Center for Disease Control and Keep Informed

The World Health Organization is another source of more information on how to protect your family and yourself.

If we all wash our hands, keep our distance and use basic common sense this will pass just like so many other things we've faced. Just keep things in perspective amid the chaos.
