Greetings! It has been a while since I posted a blog but here I am in lockdown with this Coronavirus Thing everywhere. I'm safe and healthy but because I'm 69 the family won't let my wife (71) or I out of the house. So we are doing our Spring Cleaning, dialing in the office and preparing for Life After the Virus Pandemic. All stay safe but use this time if you are in lockdown to take care of the little things that may have piled up as you are running all over town selling real estate.
My affiliation with eXp Realty is now in the 6th year. I was blessed to come on board (Agt 474) back in 2014 and now today 6 yrs later the company is over 26,000 strong with a goal of 200,000 agents in the USA and 500,000 World Wide. eXp Realty is already opened for business in Australia and the UK and is still before the Tidal Wave.
Hey, it's not for everyone but wouldn't it be nice right now when you don't really know when your next sale will be because of this Pandemic but know you have a check coming on the 20th that will take care of your fixed Home expenses. It is really a comfort to know this. Yeah, it may drop some because many aren't working now but still, it will most likely carry me through this Pandemic so we are not freaked out of making our monthly expenses or dipping into our savings. Again, it's not for everyone but sure is nice to have.
