Parade of Homes in Lancaster, Pa

Having worked in the new construction industry for over 10 years and having managed or sold over $400,000,000 in new homes I am now getting the annual question of who is the best builder, what's the best deal, how do I know that my client is getting what they paid for, as a buyer "what's the best deal?", etc, etc.  Therefore, I've been asked by friends, clients and fellow business professionals to give them a quick users guide to the upcoming Parade of Homes for Lancaster County, Pa.  The parade of homes starts in two days so I plan on posting all of my "need to know" facts about the builders, communities and house plans by midnight Friday.  If you have particular questions, please post them and I'll answer them all, as best I can of course.
