Key takeaways this month:
- Another strong month for Mason Ohio condos. Yes, prices dropped, but look to the median chart and you'll see we're actually better than typical for a February. This month was a tighter band than usual and only 6 condos sold for more than $200,000. This is one of the first months in some time that haven't had a Beacon Hill townhome sold in the upper $300s.
- Time to sell is still fast, only one week for median time.
- The number of condos not under contract increased slightly, and a nice increase in the homes under contract bodes well for March completed sales.

There ARE some new construction opportunities not reflected in the 8 klcondos for sale, but they're going to cost you over $300,000 or more. Fox Hollow and Beacon Hill offer new construction opportunities if you've got the budget for them. However, both are in final phase. - Distressed condos (foreclosures and short sales) for sale continue to be nonexistent. None completed sale and none are in the Active condos for sale.

NO CHANGE THIS MONTH. The continued shortage of condos for sale works to the sellers' advantage, especially in the more affordable price ranges and the ranch condos have higher demand. Sub $100k condos that are not updated might take longer to sell.

NO CHANGE HERE EITHER. The good condos are selling quickly and with limited selection you need to look at new entries on the market quickly. It won't take long to determine if there's a Mason condo that will work for you. However, new construction is still a possibility and not all of them make it into MLS (and they're not cheap either).
