On March 20, 2020, California Association of Realtors (C.A.R) reported that condo and town-homes values increased 2.8% to an average price of $480,000 in February of 2020 from an average price of $467.000 in January of 2020, and gained 6.7% from $450,000 in February of 2019. While, condo and town-homes sales rose 13.7% in February of 2020 from January of 2020, and jumped 14.3% from February of 2019 in California.
There were 3.0 months supplies of available inventory of condo and town-home in February of 2020 lower from 3.3 months in January of 2020, and dropped from 4.1 months in February of 2019. An average it took 21.0 days to sell a condo and town-home in February 2020, fell from 31.0 days in January of 2020, and declined from 28.0 days in February of 2019 in California.
